About
Fronting onto the Grand Union Canal, the striking development boasts a luxurious offer for residents in the heart of Hayes, West London. The site has a mix of 260 Build to Rent apartments, a variety of internal amenity spaces that span three floors with a dramatic double height entrance and a large external podium.
The amenity narrative and design concept was inspired by area's rich musical history as well as the facade of the new development. Unique to the rest of the building the entrance and front drop for the amenity has a fully black facade and large windows that echo an elegant architectural style with sleek, linear forms and Art Deco inspired details.
With rich colours and contrasting textures and patterns the interior design evokes a sophisticated, warm and homely feel. Intricate details and high-quality materials give an elevated design that translates decorative and ornate influences into contemporary and refined features.
