Kampus
Manchester

About
We were briefed to repurpose the commercial unit within the Minto & Turner building, a Grade II-listed Victorian warehouse which sits beside the Rochdale canal. Once used to store cotton which was transported down the canal during Manchester’s industrial revolution, the building has since been partially converted to loft-style apartments and forms part of the Kampus development.

The proposal seeks to provide functional, quality co-work spaces to enhance the current amenity offering for residents. We wanted to create a scheme that feels welcoming and relaxed yet contemporary, whilst respecting and highlighting the historical fabric of the building and reflecting the unique energy of the Kampus neighbourhood.
