About
This prestigious BtR scheme is part of a mixed-use development in the heat of Dublin’s Docklands.
74 were briefed to design the internal amenity spaces, apartments and external amenity spaces within this high profile scheme. We worked alongside the client and design team at early masterplanning stage to develop the amenity strategy over each residential block, to ensure each space was maximised in terms of location, quality and functionality.
Taking inspiration from the Dublin port, local landmarks and architectural context, we developed a rich, sophisticated and contemporary look & feel, which underpins the design throughout each space.
