Most people lead busy lives and with increasingly cellular living it can be difficult to make new friends and it is easy to become isolated.

Our work at 74 is focussed on the idea of togetherness. 

We know that if people make friends with their neighbours that they are happier, they feel part of a community and they are more likely to stay for longer.

The connection and bonds we make as people can positively root us into a place.
