We know that if people make friends with their neighbours that they are happier, they feel part of a community and they are more likely to stay for longer.

We recognise the challenges that people have when moving to a new home and design spaces that foster

interaction, support, care and community.

We work with boutique hotels on highly bespoke projects and hotel groups on the roll out of brand standards.

Hotel spaces need to work incredibly hard, they need to be operationally efficient, cater for the changing demands of each day, stand up to a lot of use whilst always looking fabulous.

We have a wealth of experience and understanding of how spaces need to operate and switch modes from one use, to another.

We like to create experiences, making every moment count within a space, designing with the guests needs in mind; whether that’s a relaxed breakfast, a working lunch, or socialising over drinks in the evening.

If you look at the commercial office fit out world, the designs are very similar in nature and style, often very boring and normally very formulaic.

We have worked for commercial architects practices who specialise in workplace. Their design work is based on the scientific data gathering and prescribed ratios for desk space, back-to-back distances etc.

They typically design workplaces that are highly functional as places to work and a product of efficient space planning but they are often very generic, one dimensional and can be quite soulless.

We create incredible places for businesses to call home that help them to work better and smarter, for their teams to be more engaged, communication and collaboration to 

Our workplace projects range from Cat A to full Cat B tenant fit outs for a range of client and business types.

We take inspiration from our residential and hotel work to create spaces that deliver effective and efficient workplaces that have a very human feel which is warm, friendly and enjoyable without every being regimented and soulless.

Since COVID, we have seen a increased appreciation of the outdoors.

We often hear that the amenity spaces are the heart and soul of a building, but often there is external space which is left without a design, with no budget and therefore without the opportunity to make positive contribution to the quality of residents lives.

We see it as our job to breathe live into a building, activate spaces, both internally and externally, give the place a character and personality in order for it to become loved and therefore be called home.

We believe that internal and external amenity space should be designed together so that the programming and activation of these areas are considered holistically.

On our most successful projects we work closely with the client, architect and landscape architect to develop appropriate external environments which enrich resident’s enjoyment of their home.
